    What to expect from the hiring process
    at VESCO Group

    At VESCO Group, we take a transparent and structured approach to selecting new team members. Our process is designed to better understand you as both a professional and an individual.

    An interview is a dialogue. We focus on competencies and values. During the interview, you will be asked about real-world situations from your experience to help us understand how you make decisions, solve problems, and work with others.

    Evaluation is also development. Based on the role, you may be asked to complete an online test or a case study with your potential supervisor. This will help you gain insight into the company’s leadership style and assess how much your future manager can serve as a mentor and role model.
